FX BILLING is committed to providing safe and secure environment for all end-users by maintaining strict privacy standards. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our corporate page and on all pages in which we process online payments. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted by FX Billing. As noted below, please be aware that we may change our Privacy Policy in the future and it is your obligation to review this Privacy Policy from time to time and the effective date listed with it.

By voluntarily attempting to process any credit card transactions through the services of FX BILLING, you accept this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy can be amended at any time and in the event that an update is required, an updated Privacy Policy will be posted and will be effective as of the posting date.

An end-user may freely browse the FXBilling.net website without disclosing any personal information. However, by voluntarily entering payment information on any of our payment pages, the end-user knowingly retains the services of FX Billing and provides personal information to FX Billing.

Personal information provided may include, but is not limited to the following.

Actively Collected Information

When retaining the services of FX Billing, the following are examples of information that will be explicitly requested from each user and stored in our database:

• First/Last Name
• Email Address
• Country
• State/Province
• Zip/Postal Code
• Credit Card Number
• Credit Card Expiration Date
• CVV (card verification code)

Note that FX Billing does not store the following payment information:

• Credit Card Number
• Credit Card Expiration Date
• CVV (card verification code)

Passively Collected Information

When retaining the services of FX Billing, the following are examples of information that will be automatically collected from each user and stored in our database:

• IP Address (automatically captured by web page to protect against possible fraudulent use)
• Unique identifier of device, whether it be a desktop computer, mobile device, or tablet
• Device Type
• Geo-location information
• Connection Information
• Referral URL

FX BILLING will use the personal information collected to initiate payments on behalf of the end-users. FX Billing does not sell any customer information collected. FX Billing does not share any information collected, except in the following circumstances:

• Payment information collected is securely sent to the payment gateway, merchant banks and credit card associations in order to process the transaction. Note that with the exception of the payment gateway, merchant banks and credit card associations, payment information is not shared with any other party.
• FX Billing may contract third-party consultants to provide technical services that will require access to be granted to technical consultants in order for them to properly fulfill their contracted services.
• FX Billing's merchants or partners that have retained FX Billing in order to perform card transactions.
• When using an external cloud-based service to complete a task. For example, if confirmation emails are sent to customers, FX Billing may contract a merchant specializing in email communication to deliver the email to the customer.
• When required to do so by way of court order or subpoena, or other legal procedure.

All information collected and transmitted is done so via HTTP SECURE (https) protocol.

We have adopted and implemented reasonable and technologically feasible procedures for maintaining the security, accuracy and integrity of all personal information relating to subscribers that is collected by the site.

We adhere to PCI-DSS standards to secure all payments, and we use commercially reasonable physical, managerial and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information.

We store your personal information on servers located in North America. Your information is protected using physical and technical security measures that have been implemented to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, alteration, and loss. This includes the use of data encryption and firewalls.

We will retain personal information collected from you whenever we have an ongoing and appropriate business need to do so. When we no longer have any reason to keep your personal information, we will either remove the data from our servers or convert your information to anonymous values.

You have the right to request a report that will provide you with all personal information that FX Billing has stored. You also have the right to modify or delete this information. Note that if certain information is required to be stored in order to honor a contract (for example, the transactional services in which you have entered with FX Billing), then it may not be possible for us to delete the information at the time of the request.

To protect your information from any fraudulent requests, we will require a valid, government-issued method of identification prior to us providing any information.
